- CAN I GET A REFUND?
If you're not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days to return it (after the day you received it). If 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your order, we can't offer any refund.
To be eligible for a refund, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, in perfect condition of resale. If the item doesn't meet these conditions, no refund will be made.
Sale items will be refunded in the same conditions as regular price items.
All return requests must be sent to email@example.com.
- WHERE SHOULD I RETURN MY ARTICLE TO?
To return your item, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please don't return your purchase to the manufacturer, in which case no refund will be made.
- WHO SUPPORTS RETURN COSTS?
Shipping costs for returning your item is your responsibility. If you're shipping an item or several items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
We only refund items that have been returned. If you are not satisfied with your item, no refund will be made if it hasn't been returned to us.
Once we received, checked and approved your item(s), you will receive an automatic email when your refund is processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank.
